**CEA Are looking for a National Major Account Manager to develop the construction and infrastructure side of business. **Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and report on all aspects of Major Account operations. Act in accordance with General Manager - Brands, Sales and Major Accounts directives and implement programs to achieve annual growth and profit targets, company goals, objectives and policies.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven ability to manage and motivate personnel
- Customer Service focus
- Excellent People management and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements
- Strong commercial background
- Proven ability to grow the business and be accountable for performance target achievements
- Proven ability in Strategic planning and marketing initiatives
