CEA are searching for an experience Administrator to support our national Major Accounts team Opportunity to be the key contact for major accounts service support. Be that first point of contact for our customers.

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Support the National Major Account Manager as follows,
- Assisting with customer enquiries and follow up workflow throughout the CEA network.
- Preparing and distributing weekly major account retail repair reports.
- Work with the CEA branches to ensure repairs meet customers’ expectations.
- Work with the CEA branches to ensure we are communicating efficiently with our major account customer.
- Assist with preparing information for quality major account meetings.
- Review major account retail services to align line with existing service contracts.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Sound knowledge of relevant business software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, or similar ERP.
- Ability to relate to the current market sector.
- Ability to represent the company with customers professionally.
- Ability to represent the company with the manufacturer.
- Ability to use current electronic mediums and systems within the company.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and windows-based systems.
