ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we have a unique opportunity within our Events team. Join us as an Event Specialist, Premium Guest Management, and be at the forefront of planning, managing and delivering Cricket Australia's hospitality and special events across our prestigious portfolio. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and coordinate guest management systems and communications.. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Hospitality program, creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the National Hospitality & Special Events Manager you’ll be responsible for:

- In collaboration with the manager, develop and implement detailed Guest Program strategy.
- Acting as the key liaison for the Executive Hospitality program, particularly with the Executive Team and Chairman & Board of Directors' executive assistants.
- Roll out Executive Hospitality strategy to Heads of Departments to coordinate guest lists and hosting responsibilities.
- Managing invitation dispatch, RSVPs, guest communications, and e-ticketing through the 'Events Air' software.
- Collaborating with the Event Specialists, Hospitality, to ensure the Executive Hospitality program meets the expectations and requirements of the Executive team, maintaining high standards of communication
- Preparing and managing operational reporting, seating plans, and guest check-in processes for match day delivery.
- Work with external ticketing agencies to outline data capture requirements and reporting capabilities.
- Maintaining the Premium Experiences website, oversee the design and production of event collateral, and adhere to brand guidelines.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**Someone with**:

- Proven hospitality and guest management system delivery experience
- Strong organisational, time management and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team ethic
- Advanced training in Events Air software system or similar event platform
- Experience in using database management systems

An understanding of cricket and cricket’s stakeholders would also be beneficial.
