**The Role**:
Our **Premium Client Managers** are focused on supporting, retaining, and growing our most valuable clients in the world of Forex, CFDs and related services. Working in our close-knit Premium Client Services team in Melbourne, you will make a tangible impact every day by helping our premium clients in Australia with tailored solutions to help overcome individual trading challenges, promote various educational and functionality solutions, and engage with traders.
To thrive in this role, you'll be a natural relationship builder who doesn't shy away from the picking up the phone. Your strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, risk management and key market events allows you to engage your clients and partner with them to master the trade, growing your book of high-value clients. To be successful in the role, you will leverage existing connections and network to make new connection, to introduce new business to Pepperstone.
As our **Premium Client Manager,**your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Developing relationships through various channels with Pepperstone's Premium Client Group
- Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships
- Consistently securing and growing premium client numbers by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge and personal focus over the competition
- Achieving sales targets
- Actively contributing to the premium team and assisting in helping others in the team to develop
- Being a trusted Point of contact to premium clients on market and trading relating matters
- Assisting in planning and executing client events as required
- Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations and development teams to gain support for projects
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, as an account manager and/or dealing with high net worth clients
- Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and detailed understanding of various trading strategies
- Experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader software (desirable)
- Excellent relationship building, customer service and influencing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to negotiate, resolve conflict and overcome challenges
- Sound decision making and critical thinking
- Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly and an interest in and ability to coach others
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Current and full working rights in Australia
