About the role

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will support the continuous evolution of our Procurement function through consultation and active participation in Procurement process and system focused discussions.

Collaborating closely with the Procurement team, ERP Support, stakeholders, and vendors, the Continuous Improvement Specialist will support opportunities to develop value-add solutions.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Assist in delivering the ongoing Continuous Improvement Program of Work by undertaking feasibility and options analysis, defining requirements and business processes, designing testing plans, managing organizational change, and updating training materials
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Procurement, ERP Support, Process Owners, and a wide range of stakeholders to collaborate across a wide range of initiatives
- Provide effective reporting and governance support, including weekly status reports and updates as required
- Support operational Procurement, including Travel and Expenses teams as needed, which may include assisting with ticketed queries
- Support the Continuous Improvement Lead with preparing and presenting enhancements to the relevant forums for endorsement

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

- Business analysis and requirements definition skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders both within and outside the organisation
- Being capable of comprehending, interpreting, and documenting new and evolving business processes, including those that are complex or fast-changing
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with the ability to effectively prioritise
- A Continuous Improvement Mindset, someone who can demonstrate ingenuity in constantly seeking ways to improve and achieve better results for the business
- Previous experience using Workday within a Procurement function desired although not necessarily required
