Overview

  • Reporting to the Manager, Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement (CI) /Process Analyst will drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes and systems across RSS and implement initiatives that will have continuing longterm benefits in terms of user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness for internal teams and clients.
  • You will assist in the development and implementation of a 'bestinclass' continuous improvement approach across RSS with a strong focus on Service performance

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

  • Strategic Focus
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for corrective, preventive actions.

  • Operational Management
Conduct assessments of current processes, reports and procedures.

  • Collect data and perform quantitative analysis to substantiate assumptions.
  • Prepare dashboard and scorecard reporting.
  • Coordinate training and documentation required by implementing changes.
  • Measure outcomes of quality improvements using metrics and benchmarking criteria.
  • Support ongoing and regular reviews to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio and drive delivery of benefits
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
  • Assist in development of support material for revised processes, including training, reporting and systems enhancements.
  • People Leadership
Work with key stakeholders, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change.

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline combined with practical experience.
  • Accreditation in Lean Six Sigma, is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience
  • Project management and business or process analysis skills
  • Track record of interfacing with and influencing a variety of business functions
  • MS Visio and MS Office proficiency.
  • Demonstrate indepth understanding of change concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills
