**Job Description
**Ignition is a collaborative team that helps Clients buy large transformation projects from KPMG through our Connected framework and Powered and Trusted solutions. The Ignition team provides a sales support engine for all Powered, Connected and Trusted Solutions enabled by approved technology platforms, such as Workday, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP and others.

**Your Opportunity:
**The Pursuit Manager identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity, oversees teaming, pricing and proposal strategies, and manages the transitions from opportunity positioning to proposal development, negotiation, award and program initiation.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are addressed.
- Manage the opportunity triumvirate, forming the sales, solution, and proposal teams.
- Collaboratively develop a pursuit strategy, aligning to marketing intelligence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact among the team developing the proposal, solution and pricing.
- Monitor, review and direct weekly proposal progress, ensuring adherence to the proposal process and schedule.
- Develop the first executive summary draft, direct completion of the final version, and confirm alignment among the executive summary, volume summaries, and customer presentations.
- Prepare and present the opportunity plan at the Pursuit, Bid, and Bid Validation Decision Gate reviews.
- Participate in and coordinate the sales governance process, including colour reviews.
- Support the development of the statement of work with clients.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- Good understanding of business development and pursuit management. Experience in pursuit management of technology enabled transformation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of cloud solution and their deployment methodology, such as Workday, Dynamics F&O and Dynamics CE, Oracle, SAP and/or others.
- Demonstrated client service excellence
- Experience in utilising your commercial acumen to support the development of win-win commercial models and outcomes for clients
