Currently looking for a
**People & Culture Business Partner** to support the Transport & Corporate business unit.

**Reporting directly to the HR Manager,** who is extremely supportive, down to earth and empowering.

Responsible for providing generalist People & Culture support for the Transport business and Corporate functions, through the implementation of programs, processes, systems and policies in line with the P & C strategy and business priorities.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage industrial matters including EBA negotiations and disputes and Fair Work claims to minimise cost and reputation exposure
- Ensure business unit compliance to all legislative requirements, company policies and commitments via Human Resources policies, legislative requirements and relevant Awards or Enterprise Agreements.
- Utilise people data to help drive improvements and changes to business unit work practices
- Facilitate organisational development, career development and succession planning across the business unit
- Provide advice and support to managers on remuneration and benefits

**About you**:

- 5 years experience in a generalist environment
- Experience in ER/IR matters, EBA interpretation and negotiation.
- Experience partnering with managers.
- Experience identifying needs and developing people leader capability.
- High level organisation and prioritisation skills in order to meet deadlines for each project that is assigned
- A thorough understanding of industry practice in terms of sourcing strategies, recruitment, promotion, skills development, conditions of employment and HR policies.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation.
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures
