Are you customer service-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences?
Corporate Living Accommodation Hawthorn is seeking a talented Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our brand.
Our extended stay and corporate travelers keep us busy This full-time role is ideal for a hospitality/hotel professional or office administrator. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests (or ‘Residents’ as we call them) while gaining valuable accommodation industry experience and the potential for future growth within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist Residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence to ensure top-tier communication standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Available to work rostered hours
Ideal experience you bring:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role, preferrable not essential
- Effective communication and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $24.00 - $31.09 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
