**About The Role**

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in a full-time capacity. The position will be based in our fast-paced clinics located mainly at Hawthorn, with a requirement to attend the Moonee Ponds and the Footscray clinics.

As a medical receptionist your responsibilities will include:

- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
