**About the Role**:
As the Team Coordinator, you will support the Program Manager with the running of a lawn-mowing and grounds maintenance service in the Hunter and Central Coast regions. Your role will be to work in the business and direct the day-to-day running of the service. This will be achieved through your industry experience and commitment to person led recovery-oriented practices that best supports the Supported Employees in the Community Businesses.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Flourish Australia Supervisors and Supported Employees;
- Liaise with local customer representatives checking that contractual obligations are being met;
- Work with people to develop their recovery journeys, inspiring hope and facilitating the achievement of employment and recovery goals; and
- Be proactive in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

**Day to day, this may involve**:

- Organising equipment and consumable supplies;
- Rostering the Supported Employee work teams;
- Coordinating Customer runs;
- Supervising lawn mowing and grounds maintenance activities;
- Maintaining accurate up-to-date records; and
- Assisting with the financial administration of the community business with tasks such as quoting and invoicing.

**This role requires some commercial savvy and experience in the use of a range of gardening and pruning tools as well as relevant qualifications and sector experience. You will also help market our community businesses, promoting positive community awareness of our services, seeking participation, partnership and new customers.**

- **Support**: To increase awareness of mental health issues and to develop partnerships to support Flourish Australia’s Community Businesses ventures in regional communities.

**Selection Criteria**:
**_ Essential:_**
- At least 3 years practical experience working in a relevant industry.
- A strong commitment and advanced understanding of recovery-based practice in the workplace.
- A good knowledge of the local area and its health services and other community services.
- A good understanding of the challenges faced by people with a lived experience of a mental health issue.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of data information management systems.
- Maintain a current Australian Driver’s Licence.

**_Desirable:_**
- A personal lived experience of a mental health issue.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in supervising staff.
- Relevant experience working in mental health.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
