Operations Coordinator is appointed by the CEO of Elsy (the “CEO”). The primary functions of the Operations Coordinator is to provide operational management support to the business, ensure the smooth running of Supported Independent Living (SIL) Houses and Community Supports, adequate resourcing, rostering, training, procurement, and quality management

**Responsibilities**:
The Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities shall include:
Strategic Initiatives

1. Working with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running and growth of the organization from a staffing and rostering, clinical care, record keeping, care planning, trouble shooting, participant, family and support coordinator liaison perspective

2. Support on-boarding of support workers and inductions

3. Support on-boarding of participants

4. Monitoring shift notes, and staff performance and attendance

5. Keeping incident registers, continuous improvement registers and risk assessments registers up to date

6. Completing risk assessments for new clients, properties and activities e.g. community support

7. Supporting on work health & safety training, audits and registers

8. Overseeing procurement for SIL houses and head office of clinical, participant food, adaptations, estates repairs

9. Improving operational processes in conjunction with the operations manager

Meetings

10. Work with the CEO, Operations Manager & Chairman to attend the weekly team meeting, improvement meetings, WHS meetings, staff meetings and house meetings

11. Assume principal responsibility for actioning operations actions from each of the meeting

Leadership

13. Ensure training and development is embedded in the organization, staff have appraisals and supervisions/ toolboxes

14. Lead the rostering for the organization and smooth running of Flow Logic

Communication with the CEO, Ops Manager & Chair

15. Collate and share key kpis for the organisation

16. Ensure timely updates are circulate on operations including escalation of incidents

17. Support on on-call duties by sharing the weekend/ overnight escalation calls with the Ops manager and CEO
