Mosaic Multicultural Communities is a leading not-for-profit organisation providing services to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities across the Hunter, Central Coast and New England regions of NSW. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that strengthen and inspire people in a culturally sensitive and responsive environment.
We have a dedicated Aged Care Team that provides home care and support services in Newcastle and the Central Coast to aged people over 65 years primarily from CALD backgrounds. Our team is seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join us in coordinating our increasing client base of aged care clients and Care Support Workers, managing both teams across Newcastle and Central Coast services.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous experience with client databases and rostering schedules, a strong understanding of community aged care client needs, excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. They will be a great communicator and team player, able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating client care schedules across multiple service locations
- Working closely with care coordinators, partners, clients, care support workers and the aged care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Reporting progress and highlighting trends and risks using data analysis
