**About the Role**

This role is a Full Time reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and be responsible for total Marketing solutions across all platforms to include while not limited to, PR & Communication function and activations for our hotel.

**Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Creating proactive promotional programs to generate revenue into all areas of the hotel including Rooms, Food & Beverage and Events business
- You will be a Strategic Marketing leader; passionate about data and reviewing of our offerings
- Working closely with the Area Digital team & Agency alongside our Cluster Revenue team and you will critique and analyse data and outcomes of packages, promotions and adjust as needed
- Building media relationships to deepen connection in community and host key media hotel events on a regular basis
- Build social media awareness and engagement across all platforms, engage with and host influencers that best fit our location and brand
- Management of all 3rd party or hotel reputation platforms including Medallia (feedback), Trip Advisor, OTA, media > guest related if required with leadership
- Lead and drive Food & Beverage outlet and event marketing meetings and outcomes
- Manage hotel database, direct marketing activities & e-marketing initiatives
- Social Media content creation & management experience, scheduling in advance and on sharing content

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
- Relevant experience a hotel environment or previous experience servicing multiple departments and platforms; media experience is highly regarded
- Flexibility around working days and hours as required by the business, on occasion you may be required to host key stakeholders in the evening or weekend
- High level of both written and verbal communication, speaking to brand tone and with creative flair
- Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
