**About the Opportunity**

As the Integration Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Integration Manager to integrate Cape Mentelle winery into the broader Endeavour business, one of our new and exciting businesses to join the growing portfolio in Paragon Wine Estates.

You will also help facilitate documenting and managing outstanding items from previous acquisitions. You will act as a cross functional link across key Endeavour functions (wine supply, finance, technology, marketing, legal, people & culture, and business development) whilst also working directly with the site.

**A day in the life of an Integration Project Coordinator at Paragon Wine Estates**:

- Maintain the integration project plan including master data, timeline, costs, and risk summary
- Host the functional weekly WIP sessions
- Prepare the project working group (PWG) summary and host the PWG summary meeting
- Minimise the impact to the site of any changes
- Coordinate with the site
- Assist the various work streams with their deliverables where appropriate

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Positive can do attitude that complements being part of a small team whilst working well in a broader organisation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills together with a collaborative business partnering style
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable experience in process management and improvement

**Desirable**:

- Experience within the wine operations environment
- Experience with drinks and retail industry
- Change management experience
- Finance background or experience
- Advanced excel knowledge
