The role will be generalist in nature, supporting a specialist group of 65 Science related experts. Highly operational in nature it will guide talent management, acquisition and retention activities and all on-boarding arrangements. Be a key advisor on employment compliance and legislative requirements. Support People Leadership on workplace relation matters and general well-being of staff. Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and frameworks as the organisation moves to more contemporary HR processes and practices.

A talented HR Manager or HR Business Partner, that has an exceptional commitment to quality and professional delivery will thrive in this environment. An ability to share new concepts, deliver informal and formal learning programs to support HR Initiatives will be highly valued. Subject matter expertise in employment matters and legislative requirements will also form the backbone of their contribution to a compliant and well - orchestrated environment. Qualifications in HR, Psychology or HR related disciplines will be required, and an affinity with data and numerical understanding will be an advantage in engaging with the highly analytical employee base. This appointment will be a key component of the organisation and the extended community of the region.
