As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering operational and tactical HR advice and services to support business performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective people management practices, providing proactive advice on recruitment, employee relations, and employee development.
  • Support business performance improvement initiatives, including those that lead to increased employee engagement and capability, and the achievement of our target culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  • Manage the selection and training of team members, building a high-performing team that is skilled, innovative, and passionate.
  • Administer a range of tasks, including resolving complaints, coaching managers and employees on policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent competence.
  • C-class driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display a positive approach to safety.
  • High level of personal resilience and persistence.
  • Effective stakeholder management and customer-focused skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and be results-driven.
  • Experience in a utilities and/or service industry (desirable).
