Simco Catering Equipment is one of the renowned wholesaler and distributer of Commercial Catering Equipment. Simco's business owner has more than 20 years of experience in Hospitality Industry including more than 15 years working on Commercial Kitchen Equipment businesses in Australia. Our team is the heart of our success, and we're looking for **an Administrative Assistant** to join us in our mission.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain organized records, track customer interactions, and update relevant databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless solutions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.
**Requirements**:
- Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Local to Blacktown or surrounding areas, making commuting convenient.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
