**Sales Manager**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Your primary focus will be on selling Evercam’s solutions to construction companies, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Your role will require a deep understanding of construction technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Customer relationship management
- Market research and analysis
- Product knowledge and demonstrations
- Sales presentations and proposals
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing
- Negotiation and closing deals
- Attending industry events and conferences

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction technology sector or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), construction management software, IoT solutions, or other relevant products.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubsSpot) and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary range: AUD 110,000-125,000 plus superannuation**
