**Duties and responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of junior remote SDRs while also serving as an SDR yourself. Your primary objective will be to book successful appointments with potential clients, driving revenue and growth for our company.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of junior remote SDRs to achieve revenue targets.
- Create calling lists for the junior SDR team and manage the daily workflow of the team to ensure their productivity and adherence to established procedures
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track and report on team and personal performance metrics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful handoff of qualified leads to the appropriate team.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a team of remote SDRs or similar sales positions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation software.
