We’re looking for an experienced **Mid-Market Sales Specialist** who’ll report to our _National Sales Manager, Wealth and Deposits_, where you’ll be responsible for the management and growth of the Wholesale Deposit portfolio by developing and managing relationships with direct wholesale clients (Corporates, Councils, Charities, NFPs, etc.), preferred deposit Broker partners and Platforms.

This role operates in the _Retail Bank - Client Experience, Sales and Service_ business and will focus on growing and managing the **Investor Solutions portfolio** in line with the growth and pricing strategy set by the Daily Banking Tribe, pricing strategy of the Pricing Committee, funding framework of the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and the policies of ING more broadly. These polices may include liquidity and portfolio constraints as well as FEC, AML/CTF, KYC and Due Diligence requirements for clients and partners as well as other compliance, regulatory and legislative obligations.

You’ll work closely with the Daily Banking Tribe, Treasury Operations, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, Manila CDU and Market Risk Management as well as the broader Wealth and Deposits Sales and Adviser Services teams.

You’ll ideally have a broker background or have worked in Treasury with existing relationships in the mid-market space working with Brokers and 3rd parties and be able to walk in and add value instantly.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Managing the portfolio within defined controls, forecasting and modelling
- Negotiating arrangements with and on-board platforms and broker partners
- Outreaching and communicating with existing clients and partners including distribution of daily rate sheets, updates and insights
- Engaging new and dormant Investor Solutions clients
- Booking new deposit deals into bank systems and managing external partner platforms

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industries including regulation and compliance, particularly as it relates to KYC/FATCA/CRS requirements
- Proven ability to influence outcomes with all levels of an organisation regardless of reporting lines
- 5+ years sales experience in banking and / or financial services - Financial Markets or Interest rate sales experience would be seen as highly advantageous
- Commercial acumen extending to problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Excellent time management disciplines; with an ability to work under pressure in a varied and autonomous role
