Join the Stryker Finance Team as Commercial Manager. You will be supporting the Government and Regulatory Affairs (GARA) and Foot & Ankle, Spine & Trauma (FAST) division with all their financial needs.
Managing a Senior Finance Analyst, you will bring management and leadership experience and qualities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- P&L control, analysis and insight across GARA and FAST
- Optimising major buying group sales & profitability via supporting the team to structure and sell-in ‘win-win’ deals and preferred supplier agreements
- Support preparation of routine major buying group business reviews, including margin and profitability review, ROI tracking and review of strategic impacts across business
- Sales buying group dashboard and performance tracking vs quota
- Commercial Tenders and pricing insights and review
- Supporting evolution of relationship with major spine distributor LHC, enhancing efficiency and profitability of this critical strategic partnership
- Adhoc analysis to support decision making and business improvement
**Key Areas of Accountability**:
- Financial planning - Drive the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process
- Financial reporting - P&L ownership and monthly reporting
- Customer Business Planning - Optimising major buying group sales & profitability
- Financial Analysis - Generate ideas and highlight opportunities to enhance sales and business performance.
- Continuous improvement projects - Completion of major improvement projects
- Leadership - Employ a coaching and mentoring approach and set clear goals and expectations

- Experience business partnering with business divisions, driving results and building relationships.
- Proven and advanced financial acumen
- Decision making skills, empowering team members to trust their decisions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient communication skills, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
