**About Our Client**
Our client specialises in manufacturing of quality semitrailers and associated parts. They are currently seeking a Spare Parts Manager to join their business.

**About the Role**

Other responsibilities include
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong customer orientation focus and improve customer aftersales experience
- Implement processes to ensure Aftersales accounts, including warranty invoicing/claims are accurate, timely and in line with company policy
- Timely processes of purchase orders and quotes
- Ensure parts and service inventory levels are maintained at adequate levels to meet customer requirements, including procurement and parts identification system
- Deliver repair advice and solution to Repair & Service Partners
- Liaise with key suppliers to understand their aftersales provisions and warranty procedures.
- Support of our appointed representative in customer service within NZ
- Pick & Pack outgoing orders including booking pick ups
- Receipt incoming goods
- Negotiate pricing with freight companies

**Skills Required**:

- Parts & Service background and experience preferred
- Excel - Intermediate to advanced, Word - Intermediate, Outlook - intermediate
- Profound skill of the English language (spoken and in writing)
- Previous transport industry knowledge desirable
- Mechanical knowledge about trailer
- Once a month overnight interstate travel
- Ability to read & understand technical drawings an advantage
