**CUSTOMER SERVICE/SPARE PARTS ADMINISTRATOR**

Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 State of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.

You will be part of both our service and sales team and report to the Operations Manager. To be successful in this role, you would need to have strong computer skills and be an excellent communicator both over the phone and face to face.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and perform appropriate action required from customer enquiries.
- Greet walk in customers and attend to over-counter spare parts sales and internal sales queries.
- Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices.
- Interpret spare parts calls.
- Monitor current/outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries.
- Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

**Essential Requirements**
- Willingness to learn about our machinery products and services.
- Physically fit to perform the physical requirements of the role and well presented.
- Sound interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, including professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results.
- Experience with Spare Part sales systems advantageous.
