As a division of BYD Auto, BYD Commercial Vehicles Australia (BYD CV) is responsible for the sales and service of BYD buses and trucks in the Australasian market.

**About the Role**

Based in BYD's Melbourne office in Dandenong South, this role will support our **Commercial Vehicles team**.**On offer is **Commercial Vehicles Parts Specialist/Warehouse Co-ordinator**and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Manage spare parts inventory for various products.
- Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts or other necessary equipment
- Responding to spare parts enquires from customers
- Document and update internal procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate equipment/spares database
- Deliver a superior level of after sales support
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Stock management and ordering
- Liaising with head office and suppliers
- Management of freight

**Key requirements**:

- Australian Drivers Licence
- 3-5 years’ previous experience in a warehousing or distribution role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to self-manage time
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of given tasks.
- Current Forklift licence

**Desirable**:

- Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
- Mechanical Background
- Experience in the commercial vehicles (Bus and Truck)
- Experience with SAP and/or other similar ERP systems is highly regarded.
- Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations)
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales
