At HealthPlex is a rapidly expanding team consisting of multiple allied health disciplines (Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Dietitians etc.) providing accessible treatment across multiple locations in Australia. **Position Details**:

- Role: Casual - up to full time hours
- Start Date: ASAP

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Customer service experience (required)
- Valid Driver's License (desirable)
- Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
- Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
- Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions

Pay: $56,000.00 - $67,703.42 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Clinic reception: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
