**Position Purpose**:
We're looking for a passionate Quality, Practice & Risk Manager to lead our commitment to excellence. As the driving force behind high-quality accredited services, you'll be pivotal in implementing NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, DFFH, and TAC requirements. Your role encompasses empowering people through development support and strategic training, aligning with our organizational goals. You'll lead a specialist team that's essential in upholding Disability Practice Standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage risk, compliance, and quality accreditation for disability services.
Drive continuous improvements for quality and compliance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet targets and reporting needs.
Make informed decisions on practice changes, contracts, and more, considering client needs.
Oversee audit recommendations and risk management plans.
Monitor and collate quality, compliance, and safeguarding data.
Report critical incidents and restrictive practices to external bodies.
Work with regulatory bodies for positive behavior support plans.
Collaborate to meet agreed outcomes and contribute to strategies.
Provide high-level advice on quality, compliance, risk, and safeguarding.
Lead quality accreditation processes and manage risk frameworks.
Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and guidelines.
Drive Contingency and Disaster Recovery plans.
Facilitate internal audits, internal controls, and compliance activities.
Lead NDIS Commission and Quality & Safeguards Commission activities.
Manage worker screening, reportable incidents, and more.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
As the Quality, Practice & Risk Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing guidance across quality, safeguarding, practice, and risk within Kind & Care Supports. Your responsibilities will include ongoing training and support for staff, responding to training needs, and contributing to care worker readiness. You'll be the linchpin in optimizing service delivery, ensuring a skilled and competent workforce.
