Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinician to contribute to the delivery of high-quality professional counselling and therapy services for a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will provide individual and group clinical supervision, oversee supervisees' caseloads, and apply their professional judgement to assess clinical effectiveness and monitor client risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor staff and provide constructive feedback and support
  • Oversee supervisees' caseloads and provide individual and group clinical supervision
  • Assess clinical effectiveness and monitor client risk
  • Identify and support new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
  • Significant experience undertaking clinical supervision in a similar working environment, supervising/leading a clinical team
  • Highly developed communication skills, including providing constructive and proactive feedback
  • Previous experience working with Family Violence, Mental Health, Child Protection, and relevant service sectors

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a commitment to promoting positive relationships and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
