Associate Director Teaching

Reporting to the Chief of Academic Excellence & Innovation, as the Associate Director Teaching & Learning your key responsibilities include:

- Implementing innovative and practical education strategies.
- Leading the implementation of quality education delivery, enhancing learning experiences for various student cohorts. With sound management and academic governance practices.
- Key representative for Chisholm with ASQA and the VRQA.
- Embed the Education Quality Framework (EQF) across Chisholm.
- Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.
- Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm’s new Strategic Plan 2025-2029

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have significant previous experience in a management role in a VET education environment and management of people. Substantial educational understanding and experience in strategically developing, leading, planning and managing VET and Higher Education delivery is crucial.
You are able to build relationships, credibility, and influence at all levels of the organisation and with key external stakeholders.?
Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.

**Qualifications required for the role**:
A postsecondary qualification in a relevant field.
A Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in education, business or adult learning is desirable.
