**Your responsibilities include**:
Driving the coordination and project management of live government tenders Facilitating and lead internal and external meetings/workshops with stakeholders with support and direction to achieve project outcomes
Building capacity of the Population Health research groups to respond to tenders
Increasing government and other tender opportunities by building relationships with potential partner organisations, mapping existing relationships across the theme, managing existing and uncovering new panel arrangements and utilising networks to identify new opportunities
Monitor, evaluate and report on tender opportunities and performance

**What we need from you**:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (with relevant experience); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
Demonstrated experience in project management including the planning, monitoring and evaluation
(Desirable) Experience responding to and developing Government Consultancy opportunities such as Request for quotes, expressions of interest, and tenders. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management for tracking/reporting tender submissions e.g. Salesforce
