The Clinical Manager is responsible for partnering with the General Manager to ensure a high level of clinical care across the client base in line with the myHomecare Group’s approved provider accountabilities.

As a Registered Health Practitioner, you will provide best practice and appropriate clinical services in consultation with the client with a focus on enabling them to live safely, well, and independently at home and lead a team of clinicians to do the same.

**As a Clinical Manager, you will**:

- Partner with our Regional Managers to ensure a high level of clinical care is maintained across our client base.
- Lead, supervise, support and mentor a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Oversee the case management of complex clinical clients and ensure a multi-disciplinary care model is implemented to support case management.
- Deliver best practice clinical care in collaboration with the Regional Managers, clinical staff, care management teams and relevant support teams.
- Lead the client risk management processes, partnering with Regional Managers to ensure risks are identified, mitigated and monitored.
- Hold responsibility for the financial management of the DVA programs.
- Manage team workloads to ensure that quality of care is achieved for our clients.
- Demonstrate and lead a culture of transparent, effective, timely and appropriate communication.
- Ensure clinical client notes are maintained on the client Information System/CRM to ensure a clear audit trail of clinical client interactions, health conditions, Risks, and communications to ensure that audit compliance standards are met.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Hold a Registered Nurse qualification and an unrestricted current APHRA registration
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
- Previous experience in leading an aged care workforce.
- The right to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and access to your own registered car with comprehensive car insurance
- Hold a current NDIS Workers Check
