**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join on an ongoing and part-time basis. The role will provide support to the Careers Coordinator with delivering careers and employment services to both our students and graduates.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing and promoting CareerHub as the central employment portal for students.
- Assisting with the promotion and administration of careers and employment services and activities.
- Working cooperatively with Student Engagement team members to deliver services, events and initiatives for students, graduates and industry including student activities, careers services, orientations and graduations.
- A degree qualification with relevant work experience; ideally in an administration or communication role; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- High level of administrative skills and ability to work with a variety of software suites including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and information management system databases).
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and work well with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with colleagues to deliver successful services and events.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
