The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced learning and leadership development specialist to join Urbis' national P&C (People & Culture) team. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne and is open to consideration of 4 days a week. You will work closely with the Group Director of People & Culture, the Head of Learning & Capability, and our Inclusion Consultant to deliver key people strategies and initiatives including (but not limited to) strategic workforce planning, engagement, leadership and learning programs that support the achievement of our organisational goals and the People and Culture Functional Plan.
**You will**:
As an experienced learning and leadership development specialist, you will be responsible for managing the program design and implementation of a wide range of culture and capability programs across the business including induction, leadership, performance management, compliance and other professional programs.
You will work collaboratively and innovatively across practice groups and functions to deliver effective learning and culture solutions to our people.
You will have the capacity and motivation to work with mínimal supervision. You will work in consultation with the national People & Culture team in relation to the sourcing and/or delivery of a first-class organisational learning and culture experience.
**Key deliverables include**:
- Lead the delivery of our flagship female leadership experience (SOAR)
- Drive the ROI on our new LMS & URBIS Academy (Adobe LMS)
- Work with our Inclusion Consultant to drive inclusion learning solutions.
- Work with our Inclusion Consultant to ensure an appropriate D&I lens is applied to all initiatives.
- Work alongside the business to build out our skill development in the areas of people leadership, client leadership & digital & technology.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (Adobe LMS);
- Design, delivery and evaluation of identified organisational learning and culture programs.
- Support with developing surveys and capturing relevant feedback to measure the ROI of Learning & Capability initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader P&C team to provide learning support as required.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of workplace health & safety (WHS), promoting compliance by others.
**About You**:
You will have an obvious passion for developing high-performance People & Culture initiatives and a pragmatic understanding of commercial imperatives. You will have a high level of personal impact and credibility and will be excited by working in a rapidly growing business.
- Tertiary and/or post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Excellent understanding of the business and commercial context within which P&C operates
- Demonstrated influencing capability evidenced through the ability to consult and deliver best in class people solutions
- Experience in design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of training
- Strong IT / computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with experience in LMS administration, reporting, compiling and analysing data
- Demonstrated strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities, plan and organise own work and connect to the broader team in order to achieve set objectives within agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget
