Workplace Team Leader

Property will partner with the business unit stakeholders to deliver customer and commercial outcomes that are aligned to Bupa APAC (Market Unit) enterprise strategy. A focus of the Property team is to promote consistency in practices and methodologies, development of key capabilities, simplifying governance and enhanced controls driving better commercial outcomes.
The Workplace Team Leader role will assist the Property team and directly manage the Reception teams nationally, providing expertise and guidance. Bringing proven administrative experience to support and partner across departments to ensure efficient processes that enable Bupa’s requirements and drive better commercial outcomes. Leading a team that has the customer front and centre whilst ensure that all Bupa procedures and policies are followed across the Corporate office functions.

**How will I help?
- Manage the Reception team members in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Corporate offices
- Cover the Melbourne Head Office Reception requirements when required across the team’s leave schedule
- Ensure consistent management the reception team process management, procedures and workplace guidelines
- Work with the Property team to deliver a seamless services across our corporate offices
- Promote and manage a professional customer service approach for the reception teams interacting with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Provide administrative support, coordination of activities, and act as a central support person for the Melbourne based property teams.
- Providing ongoing compliance and regulatory support in relation to property and equipment assets in accordance with Bupa’s global policy
- Raise PR/ PO’s and coordinate appropriate payments
- Leasing document management, including use of Lease Eagle database software for the collation and management of necessary reporting and governance processes
- Management of Bank Guarantees and related payments for leases
- Lease Insurance management annual reviews
- Project & Property Budget administrative support

**What do I need?**
- Experience in an administration or customer facing role
- A natural leader and ability to coach and motivate a team of receptionists nationally
- Microsoft Office software;
- specifically intermediate knowledge of Excel
- A strong understanding of customer experience and customer centricity principles
- Proactively takes ownership and acts with integrity to deliver required results.
- Good cross-functional stakeholder management, working across organisational structures
- Positive, supportive and flexible in approach with a can-do attitude
- The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team environment
- Innovative thinking and a broad knowledge and commercial aptitude to contribute ideas.
- Experience working in operational teams
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, working across organisational structures
