An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Leader Sales Team to coordinate and manage sales booking and invoicing, School coordination and operational planning. A component of the role will also be to guide and support our Charter team to effectively manage customer expectation. This role is available on a fulltime basis based at our Bundoora Head Office. Key responsibilities include: • Accurately process incoming coach sales enquires and bookings in a timely and efficient manner. • Deliver accurate quotes and bookings • Maintain the highest level of efficiency and working knowledge of company systems and processes. • Provide positive and professional leadership to the rest of charter sales and school admin team. • Address team performance through providing feedback, coaching, training or counselling as required. • Complete reports including monthly reports as required. • Support school’s coordinator and back fill in their absence. • Actively participating in daily meetings. • Ensuring bookings are accurate and drivers have a full understanding of requirements of each job. • Support Customer experience team, when necessary, by answering overflow phone calls and covering reception role for periods of unplanned absences. • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of company procedures to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and bus accreditation requirement and company expectations. To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: • Experience in sales team leadership role (highly regarded) • Demonstrated ability to assess risk in a sales environment with a high regard for safety • Strong organisational and time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask competing priorities • Ability to read and understand budgetary reports and analysis • Demonstrated ability to match customer needs to company products • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
