Our client in seeking a Head of Modern Workplace to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in being responsible for all End User technology services across a network of private hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership in the delivery of IT Products and Services within the End User Computing environment
- Lead, develop and manage roadmaps for the Modern Workplace portfolio.
- Ensure all IT services, projects and enhancements get delivered and governed in a timely, cost effective manner with the highest quality.
- Lead discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
- Provide technology oversight to deliver responsive products and services, adhering to policies, standards and procedures

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3 + years’ experience leading a Modern Workplace team and associated disciplines
- Strong technical experience and knowledge across the M365 eco-system
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
- Experience in both on-premise and cloud computing technology
- Significant experience across industries in consulting, influencing and designing pragmatic solutions that meet business needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
