About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- High level customer service;
- Show initiative and problem solve;
- Ability to work independently;
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise without guidance;
- Manage high pressure environments;
- Use of Microsoft Office suite;
- OneSchool, ID Attend and Passtab.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- One School, ID Attend, Passtab entries;
- Reception duties including student services;
- Processing early/late slips;
- Manage student attendance including updating unexplained absence records, roll marking and daily SMS absence messages;
- Administering of student medication;
- Management of student phones;
- Management of student loaned uniforms;
- Receipt of mail / deliveries;
- Other duties as directed by the Principal and Business Manager.
