We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive excellence in our Residential Aged Care services as the Executive Director of Residential Care Services.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the management and guidance of Residential Aged Care operations for six sites across Adelaide Metro. Your expertise will shape strategic direction, foster a positive culture of teamwork, customer service, and accountability, and support a high-performance, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations for our RAC sites, ensuring exceptional resident outcomes and compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, promoting innovation, and elevating the quality of care.
  • Collaborate with site managers to develop and implement effective strategies, driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring leaders to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Participate in quality and risk management initiatives, actively addressing incidents, feedback, and concerns.
What You Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in complex multi-disciplinary Aged Care environments, with a proven track record in leadership.
  • Previous experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility, with a strong understanding of clinical capabilities and budget management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options, access to salary packaging, and opportunities for career development.
