**About You**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Development (preferably B2B)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to enhance and develop sales acumen
- Confident and able to achieve specific KPIs
- Excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Positive attitude and highly organized
- Self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet targets
- Prior relationships within the Commercial Real Estate Industry is a plus but not mandatory
- A valid QLD driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is required
