**The Product**
Throughout our history we’ve been known to develop award-winning solutions, and now we’re launching the next. Named eShepherd, our virtual fencing technology allows farmers to monitor, move and contain livestock anywhere on their farm, breaking down those difficult to fence paddocks into smaller grazing cells to run a more efficient and thriving pasture-based system. Our future farm technology also provides real-time data and 24/7 visibility of livestock, increasing productivity and profitability, improving animal health outcomes, and offering a cost-effective solution for environmental compliance and sustainable practices.
**The Role**
As part of our award-winning team, our Customer Success Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers to ensure the seamless adoption of our eShepherd future farm technology. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be engaging and guiding new customers through the onboarding process, proactively addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.
**The Fit**
We’re looking for someone with a customer-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success. Ideally you’ll have an interest and knowledge in agriculture and/or AgTech. Or you could come from a farming background with a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of our farming customers. In addition, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with different types of AgTech solutions and how they can benefit farmers (desirable).
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues (desirable).
