**Role Overview**:
Are you a passionate communicator with a background in HR, business, or psychology? Join us as a Participant Success Representative and play a pivotal role in ensuring participants are engaged and deriving maximum value from our programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert participants through effective outreach and communication, while also managing data, resolving queries, and providing support to both participants and coaches.

This role requires a personable, organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Sales experience or comfort in communicating will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain meticulous records using JobAccelerator, HelloMonday Portals, and Excel to ensure accurate participant tracking and data management.
- Develop a deep understanding of our programs and tailor communication strategies to effectively engage with participants of diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and contribute to the development of new processes, drawing from participant feedback.
- Generate insightful reports to support conversion strategies and inform decision-making processes.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to participant queries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Coordinate workshop schedules and support in coach payroll reporting, utilizing Excel proficiency and formulas.

- High participant engagement and satisfaction rates.

- Efficient data management and reporting using Excel at an intermediate level.
- Timely resolution of participant queries.
- Continuous improvement in participant success processes.

**Experience, Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, HR, or a related field is advantageous.
- Sales experience or comfort in communicating will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
