About the role

The Customer Success Representative position focuses on ensuring customers succeed in using EonX's exclusive white-labeled bill payments platform.

Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience, driving platform awareness, offering education, and encouraging adoption through consistent communication.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include managing post-sales activities, overseeing customer lifecycle management, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers smoothly onto the platform
  • Build and nurture positive customer relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Provide continuous education and training to ensure customers optimize platform benefits
  • Monitor customer engagement to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Proactively address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities among existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins for feedback and satisfaction assessment
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and growth
Requirements
  • Experience managing business account onboarding processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and client retention record
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and innovative professional
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, trustworthiness, and teamwork
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems
