**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment is a preferred supplier for Federal Government and is proudly working with our client who is seeking an Assistant Clinical Practice Manager to manage the region’s day to day administrative support operations and requirements in their Ipswich office.

You will provide support to the Clinical Practice Manager with the line management and operational supervision of team members across centres in the region.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Line manage administration support team members, including performance management feedback and identifying training needs.
- Manage complex client and operational issues escalated from regional staff.
- Assist the Manager in managing the human resource requirements including recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist the Manager in the management of corporate functions.
- Monitor quality of work and conduct quality assurance activities for the support team.

**To be successful, you will need to have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well developed computer skills including Word and Excel
- Minimum five years experience within an administration role
- Excellent customer service and demonstrated experience working with vulnerable clients
- Medical or Clinical setting would be desirable.
- Certificate IV equivalent qualification in Office, Practice and or Business Management is highly desirable.

**In return you will**:

- Full Time Hours - 37.5 hours per week
- Contract to 30th June 2024 + strong possibility of extension
- Attractive Hourly Rate of between $50 and $55 + super
- Supportive team, with a positive culture
