Body Smart Health has a fantastic opportunity for an **experienced allied health professional** _(Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist)_ to step into a leadership role as Clinic Area Manager in our state of the art, multi-disciplinary allied health centre in Ipswich.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of their clinic/s and team members. As the Clinical Manager, you are expected to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience each and every time they access our services. This role therefore is quite broad encompassing leading clinical excellence, supporting your people, and promoting your business.

As the clinical leader you will play a critical role in leading the next phase of growth and development in the Broader Ipswich region. Using your professional experience to make an impact leading and mentoring clinical and business excellence across a range of disciplines, specialties and client types while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and innovation.

- Supporting our multi-disciplinary team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and development
- Oversee the clinical operations day to day, managing diaries, inventories & compliance
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure frictionless client and referrer experience
- Identify areas for growth in the business and work with Executive team to implement these initiatives
- Lead from the front with your own part time caseload
- Strong communication, excellent work discipline and an ability to meet and exceed deadlines
- Work together to support your team to achieve their KPI’s
- Create a culture of team work, collaboration and fun

- Qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Registered with the governing body (AHPRA, APA, OTA, SPA etc)
- Leadership experience (desirable)

- Clinical experience in the NDIS, Workcover, PHI and other Insurance schemes
- Ability to influence, lead, and mentor a team of passionate clinicians
- National Police Check
