The successful applicant will be responsible to work with and assist all state coordinators and managers, based in our office in Ormeau, Queensland.

**The role**:

- Assist with administration work across our business.
- Assisting with report writing and information inputting.
- Assisting with invoicing and processing jobs.
- Receiving incoming phone calls from customers and clients.

**Highly desirable skills**:

- Great customer service and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Improve and develop their skills.
- Team player.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC 3020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
