As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks including document management, filing and data entry.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including quotes, contracts, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and project milestones.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Oversee safety documentation such as inductions, licenses and first aid records and ensure adherence to safety standards both in the office and on job sites.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense reporting, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Support management with administrative tasks related to project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**About you**
- Proven experience as an Administration Officer, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and other relevant software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is desirable.
- Diploma or degree in business administration, construction management, or related field is preferred.
