**About The Role**:
**We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Administrator to join our Project Services finance team. This position will be initially based out of Milton office (approx. 6mths) and then will be required to be on site at our Ormeau office early 2024.**

Reporting to the **Project Financial Administrator Lead**, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate governance over the project financial & admin processes to ensure compliance with Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes and procedures. You will be an exceptional Project Finance Administrator that our team heavily relies on with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships. Working in a collaborative, dynamic and friendly team environment you will articulate financial performance for the purpose of variance analysis and monthly reporting.
- Data entry of compliant purchase and subcontract orders into JDEGS
- Daily receipting of approved source documents (eg delivery dockets, timesheets) into JDEGS
- Review P2P reports regularly and arrange corrective action as required
- Assist with month end duties including accruals within the prescribed timeframes
- Develop & maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues as required
- Provide high quality customer service in all day-to-day P2P financial administrative support related activities.

**About You**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a Qld White Card for the Construction Industry
- Previous experience in an administration / customer service role ideally with experience in accounts payable and / the **construction** industry.
- Attention to detail, processing of high-volume documentation and data entry.
- Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accounting advantageous, however not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and JDEGS and/or SAP (or another similar software highly desirable).
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
