**Administration Assistant**
**Global Switchboards - Ormeau (Gold Coast, Qld)**
Administration assistant with excellent phone and computer skills sought for an immediate / as soon as possible start in Ormeau.
Our office environment is fluid and we require an adaptable person who can interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers where required. The role involves all aspects of administrative activities, including (but not limited to):
- Data entry into MYOB AccountRight, Excel and Word;
- The main focus will be on data entry of orders into MYOB AccountRight from various source documents (electronic or paper based)
- Utilising certain supplier websites to place orders and duplicate order into MYOB
AccountRight
- Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
- Filing
- General office duties / ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possible utilisation of Excel to compile reports where required
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Computer literacy is non
- negotiable.
- MYOB Knowledge (preferred but not essential. Experience of data entry into other accounting software will also be considered)
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy office and to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems where required
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- An understanding of the purchasing process
- A high standard of personal presentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
