We are on the lookout for a Team Leader, to oversee our Wholesale Customer Service Team who support our major customers
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- People Leadership: day to day management for a small team of Customer Service Officers, including monitoring KPIs in Salesforce, monthly 1:1 meetings, appraisals, reviews
- First escalation point for customer issues, including problem solving customer queries and resolving internal team issues
- Call quality
- Regular interface with internal teams:, Sales, Supply & Ops, IT & Warehouse/Distribution
- Embracing continuous improvement and the changes that can come with it
- Working towards exceeding internal and external customer needs, and ensuring that there is a continual focus on achievement of set KPIs
**To be successful in this role you will bring**:
- Strong MS Skill and an ability to pick up new systems quickly - Five9, Salesforce & BOB
- Demonstrable experience in a similar customer service environment
- An ability to problem solve and deal with ambiguity
- Minimum 1-2 years management or supervisory/team leader experience
