A vibrant and challenging position is now available as Customer Service Team Leader for an energetic Customer Service professional to lead a team of dedicated Customer Service representatives. This role will operate within an inbound and outbound contact centre environment, however we are open to considering strong Customer Service leaders of different work backgrounds who can bring demonstrated experience and ability to coach, lead and motivate an established team of professionals to meeting set Key Performance Indicators and contractual requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff and work flow processes
- Ability to motivate staff, successfully manage performance outcomes and provide appropriate feedback
- Experience monitoring, coaching and developing a team to achieve set targets
- Strong knowledge of the performance management process
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven internal and external customer focus
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of customers, clients, and staff in a professional manner
